Conclusion:
So, first trying Superfeet I find the way they organize their products to be incredibly hard to understand. Rather than focusing on what the insoles do, they are ranked by color and have broad and vague descriptions of why you would want a particular insole. From my understanding (which took hours), the basic difference is the thickness of the insole, and the green is the thickest currently. So, while this gives excellent arch support (it has more material after all), the padding is hard and doesn't do much of anything for the balls of my feet.
So, if all you want is arch support, this insole is for you.
If you have sensitive feet, I would look for a different brand altogether. I had to go back to using The Walking Company premium insoles which are an obnoxious $70.00, but so far the only product that actually reduces my foot pain from standing all day.
