so i used this product and i have to say it works. i was 319lbs. i am currently 250 even now. isatori was def, a key factor in losing 69lbs. and i didnt take the recommended 8 pills a day i only took 4, because if i took 8 i would be up all night. but this combined with diet and exercise helped tremendously. i highly recommend it for anyone trying to seriously lose weight. also it says it heats up your core. some people have said it doesnt, i disagree, i live on the east coast and we have had a horrid winter, isatori has kept me warm when im outside shoveling.
