I have tried several appetite suppresant / energy boosters, actually I have tried MANY. I always revert back to Curvelle, it seriously helps with appetite suppresing and give me the boost I need to get through my day without the high then the low feeling. I start with only 1 pill twice a day, then I move up to only taking 3 a day, and that is what works for me. You don't always have to take these pills as directed, especially if they affect you different. And everyone is different. I haven't lost a significant amount of weight on these pills, but I have been slacking a bit on my exercise. These pills combines with exercise will definitely help you lose weight.
