Very nice, portable massage for the $$. I have lower back pain often. When I first start with it it almost hurts but within a few minutes I can sit fully back into it for a deep massage and it feels great. Also the surface seems to warm up from the friction of the massage adding a nice heat component. The unit is pretty quiet as well. Unit is very portable but a longer power cord would have been nice. I use it for lower to mid back, but find the massage action too wide and hard for neck massage.
