I was given the Bookstone photo scanner as a present. It worked well until had to reload the photo scanner software after a computer failure. I never got the software to work. I sent an email to Bookstone customer service requesting information on where to download the software. They sent information on how to download the software for a negative and slide scanner. Wrong!! I specifically asked for software for the Iconvert photo scanner. I am still waiting. I do not recommend this product.
