I stand for long hours at work, so usually come back home with sore feet (especially soles). I bought i-need foot massager from brookestone (on amazon). When I first used it, felt like even at the low intensity setting it's going to break my bones and my feet actually were swollen after using it. My fiancee' (who is 6 feet tall and muscular)tried it and he felt the same way. We thought may be coz it's brand new. It was the same after a week. We tried all the 3 different settings, high & low intensity. after 10-14 days the same. I called brokestone and told them that their product actually is hurting my feet rather than massaging, the lady told me thats it's my problem and there is nothing wrong with their product and I can send the product back but I have to pay for the shipping and I will be resposible if it gets lost. I usually check the return policy and if it from amazon the return is easy, but for this product I made a mistake. Guys DONOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT'S A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME!
