Using the emWave and the PC based HeartMath Freeze Frame have given me better perception of my stress levels and coherence levels. The emWave helps fine tune my bio feedback and this new knowledge gives me the power of choice. The more knowledge I have on my true stress levels the more power of choice I have on how I can recognize and respond to elliminate the stress. I purchased this for my boyfriend. He has a high stress job and seems to help him focus more. He uses it at and after work and finds he has a hard time keeping it out of the red which makes him focus more on calming his mind. I bought this item and boy what a waste of money. It is simply lights to tell you when to breathe, I already knwo this and probably half the population of the world knows to regulate breathing when stressed and slow your heartbeat, this is a gimmick and a sorry one at that. I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be using this gimmick item with flashy lights. thats just about all it does. Wonderful product to help relieve stress and get you in the "zone" for meditation. Product support is excellent. This device has capability to interpret heart rate variability and other neat stuff. There are 4 levels of difficulty and CD with a very helpful visual & audio session.
The company is part of an organization called global coherence which is trying to get the world to become more coherent and peaceful and with becoming heart centered we can all work towards that goal.
