Customer Review: An apple a day might be better and safer than Zrii????

A dear friend of mine was so excited about Zrii after attending a recent seminar about this product. He told me that it must be great stuff as at the seminar amongst the testimonals given was a younger person who had been able to set aside his medical asthma breathing aids, because after taking Zrii he no longer needed to use it? Asthma cure????? He also told me that I should act right now to get into this business with him, because getting in at the beginning was where you could make the most money with Zrii (sound familiar?). I told him that I don't do things that way, but that my wife and I would try out Zrii for one month and then tell him our feelings about it. We took it every morning but didn't follow what he told us in the amount to take (one 3oz. bottle daily). The bottle stated that 1 1/2 oz. to 3 oz. was the adult dose, so we only took 1 1/2 oz. (1/2 a bottle each every morning). Within a couple of days my wife said her stomach didn't feel right so I told her to stop taking the Zrii. I on the other hand didn't notice ANYTHING one way or the other in taking Zrii. A few more days went by then once again my wife started taking the Zrii again. Within a few days she started to experience severe abdominal pain, and I ended up taking her to emergency at the hospital. They took bloodwork from her and found a much higher level of amylase (enzyme from pancreas), than normal, actually 3 times higher. She ended up being in the hospital 4 days and was given a CTC, MRI and 2 different ultrasound tests. She was given a morphine drip for the severe pain she was having, then switched to another narcotic pain medication after the morphine. The amylase level shot up even higher and really began to concern the doctors. While in the hospital she was seen by 6 different doctors and also a specialist, and none of the doctors could ever figure out what was going on with my wife, as NOTHING looked out of place in her except that they did see that the bile ducts in her pancreas had dilated? The Doctors had asked my wife and continued to ask her based on the blood tests if she had eaten anything different than usual, or taken any drugs of which the answer to all those questions and like questions was NO, as she hadn't. Then I remembered the Zrii. I told them that she had been taking this product for a couple of weeks and they asked what it was. I couldn't tell them for sure right then, but the next day coming to the hospital to visit my wife, I brought a bottle of Zrii with me. Her Doctor looked at it then did a quizzical sounding Hmmmmmm, then told my wife not to take anymore for a couple of weeks then if she felt she had to, to try again but VERY CAUTIOUSLY and then stop altogether if ANY sign of a problem were to start again. My wife is now home with me and still having pain though much less. They released her from the hospital as NO signs from the tests showed any problems and the Amylase level came back down to normal. I gave the case of the unopened Zrii along with the remaining Zrii from the other case I also had, back to my friend. My friend doesn't want to be involved with Zrii anymore even though he most likely will not be refunded the $1700.00 it cost him to get started with Zrii as a distributor ( they only gave him 3 cases of Zrii for that amount). I told him to forget paying me back the $300.00 for the 2 cases of Zrii I had bought from him. In addition, in my opened case was a leaking bottle of Zrii in it. His son also received a problem in one of the cases of Zrii he had received as well. My friend had notified the company for Zrii about the problem cases and was told they would send out new cases. So far they haven't and I think a couple of weeks have gone by since he told them. All in all I cannot recommend Zrii, and if I thought I could win a battle in court against Zrii for the pain and suffering my wife has incurred, and also for the huge bill I'm going to receive from the hospital(no hospital insurance), I would try. Zrii is the ONLY thing that was introduced into my wife that we didn't know for sure what it is?????? My suggestion to anyone thinking of getting involved with Zrii, GO SLOW and BE
