I am a professional performer and can't afford to get sick. I got turned on to Zicam in college. Originally I used the nasal spray, but after it was proven to destroy people's sense of smell I quickly switched to the oral mist. I use the oral mist every night before bed and have not had a cold in over a year. Because it is zinc, it is not addictive and it is something that most people are deficient of. I swear by this stuff.
