Product Review: I didn't notice a thing...

I felt that I fell within the criteria that this product claims it will work for and after a few weeks of playing with it, I can really say I didn't notice a difference and won't be purchasing refills or recommending this. It simply didn't make a difference for myself or for a couple other people that tried it. I think the industry needs something external like this, but I feel this one misses the mark.
I give it stars at all because it is easy to use, compact, and has an elegant design. :)
