I can honestly state that my temperment during this time has subsided. I haven't experienced hot flashes since taking this. As for weight loss, fortunately I have always been a high energy person on the thin side so I haven't gained any weight.

38 and starting the change
It's not fun being 38, having hot flashes and night sweats. Not to mention my moods are going completely bonkers on me and my energy is in the pits. I researched and came across Zalestra. I've only been taking it a week and quite frankly I can care less if I lose any weight on it. I'm not drenching the bed at night and my mood is so stable already. I love love love Zalestra!!!!! I feel so normal again.

I'd heard of this product knowing that menopause has a nasty way of sneaking up on you, I bought it as soon as I started feeling the symptoms.
Glad I had it on hand and I am fully stocked. I worked way too hard to be fit and thin after having 3 children (who are now in college) There was no way I was going to let the transition to my golden years be foiled by menopause. Especially if I already had anxiety and depression issues.

This is by far the best weight loss supplement for my age group. I highly suggest it to ladies going through menopause. I have tried several of the OTC soy products for menopause with no significant results. Then I tried Zalestra and noticed results almost immediately. I have lost 5 1/2 pounds in about 3 weeks. My sex drive definitely improved, more energy, few hot flashes or night sweats. I have recommended it to other friends going through menopause, waiting to hear how they are responding.
