I have been having hot flashes and night sweats for 4-5 years, averaging one every two hours with varying severity. Zalestra has helped me immeasurably. One or two hot flashes/night sweats per DAY now, none severe, and I've even lost a few pounds. I have tried other appetite suppressants and they make me feel edgy and weird - not Zalestra. I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it's working for me.Product Review: I love this product!
