I highly recommend this to anyone going through menopause. Speaking from experience, it isn't a pleasant change in life. Fortunately we have been blessed with something we can trust to work. I feel more normal now and my weight gain has become manageable. I've lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. I hope this helps other women going through this.Product Review: Great product

I didn't start taking Zalestra till almost the end of my menopause. I did gain alot of weight however, I'm in the process of working it off with my early morning walks. I also started taking a yoga class which helps me feel relaxed yet energetic.
I highly recommend yoga to not only women going through menopause but everyone: Man, Woman, and child!

I have read that often times menopause has an effect on the thyroid causing excessive weight gain if you're not careful during menopause.
I have no intention of letting my body fall apart during my menopause (which just started for me) It is a very unpleasant time in my life and I feel that Zalestra has atleast helped me with not gaining weight so far. My moods are still a rollercoaster ride although the lows haven't happened as often as I though they would like other women that are going through menopause too.
I will continue to take Zalestra till my menopause is over.
