This has helped with my mood swings but I am still slightly overweight. Weight gain hasn't really been worse through menopause for me. I have always been a bit on the chunky side. I have never been caught up in the "gotta be skinny" craziness that society has force fed to young women.
I didn't buy Zalestra to lose weight I bought it to help with my moods. I am a school teacher, I teach kindergarten and can't afford to have mood swings during my teaching.
Zalestra has helped with that.

I started taking Zalestra, it really seemed to help with the hot flashes and night sweats. Then I ran out. I went back to just black cohosh but couldn't control the hot flashes. So I'm back to Zalestra.
I didn't see any weight loss. I have low thyroid so weight loss is difficult anyway, but I haven't gained any weight either so thats good.
I think this product is worth a try.

By the time I took the 3rd pill I had broken out in a red, painful, itchy rash. My face & neck was swolen & my torso was red & itchy. I ended up seeking medical help. My doctor said to stay away from these pills as a lot of the ingredients are not fully tested & are dangerous if not taken under medical supervision. My skin was so red he thought I was sunburned. It took 2 weeks for my skin to stop peeling. Thumbs down to this product.Product Review: Bahamas

This product is great! I've been using it for the pass 2 1/2 weeks and already I'm having fantastic result. Weight loss, night sweats are a thing of the pass. You have won my heart!
