My wife drinks Zoic for the high protein and low sugar content. After her gastric bypass operation, she has a hard time with sources of protein that are readily absorbed by her body. The French vanilla and Belgian chocolate are great tasting sources for her. High sugar content in other sources negatively affect her. This drink is awesome!! Fills you up and tastes great! I prefer the French Vanilla. I stick the can in the freezer for a couple minutes, delicious. It's perfect for before a workout, right after, or as snack or meal replacement. It's recommend by the American Heart Association, Low Cal, Low Fat, 1 gram Sugar, great for diabetes and with 21 grams of Protein, it gives you an energy boost. I highly recommend it !!! I have a busy off site work schedule, so this product works great for me when I cannot break for lunch. Because of my dairy allergy it was great to find a soy meal replacement ready drink! The chocolate is rich and creamy, and the vanilla is adequate except for the overriding artificial sweetener after taste. The only drawback would be the artificial sweetener (which I am not a fan of) and the lack of enough fiber to be a COMPLETE meal replacement.Product Review: Zoic works for me

I have found Zoic to work as well as Slimfast for appetite control. I am using a modified Weights Watchers I do on my own and Zoic is only 1 pt., where as Slimfast is 3 Pts. It tastes great, but should be cold. I would really like to see more flavors offered though. Overall, I give it a "A".Product Review: great snack alternative

I have tried both the vanilla and chocolate flavors. Although I prefer the vanilla I think both have rich and agreeable taste and Zoic not only tastes better than any of the competing products, it seems to be a much healthier choice. I will definitely keep buying this product.
