I initially purchased this drink for a snack replacement during my weight loss efforts. I found it to be quite good especially when cold. I also noticed my 17 y/o daughter (youngest of 3 kids) would drink it before her track practice or after school. My older children (2 sons) entered the military and have enjoyed my gift shipment that helps them through their special forces training. Can't use Protein powder supplements but this is a better alternative! Bruha!!! Low fat-low sugar-high fiber-high protein and the potassium is greater than the sodium. Yeah!
