I researched and heard from friend that this was the yogurt maker to purchase.
Very fair price and the warranty made the deal for me.
Never have I made yogurt before and really appreciated the feedback and the SUGGESTIONS from others on this site to make my first batch.
I did not follow all of the directions because I was pressed for time, so first batch came out as good as it could.
Today I am going to try another, and I feel very confident it will be fine.
I use nonfat milk and my biggest concern was will it set up properly.
My plan is to use some powered milk in addition to tapioca flour to make sure it does.
I like the design of this unit being a round maker, and the idea of TALL lid and the SHORT one is brilliant!
When I get really good I will do bigger quantities.
If this is your first time feel secure this is the right machine.
I suggest you look at all the suggestions from buyers, and the feedback from seller.
