I love this product, i took off one star simply b/c it doesnt blend that well. But other than that, it definatly works! it's a great way to "cleanse" if you know what i mean. i add a scoup to my smoothies once a day. it's tasteless & i like to add it to a skim milk, rice milk, coconut milk mix that i drink. Delicious and healthy!!
