Product Review: Good quality liquid soap but with triclosan.

Yardley English Lavender Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap is good quality, lathers decently, doesn't dry the skin, rinses well, and smells like true lavender.
However, it does contain an antibacterial chemical, triclosan, which infection control experts say should not be used routinely and which may be harmful to the environment so I can only give it 4 stars. I really wish Yardley would remove the triclosan.
The best way to remove germs from your hands and prevent the spread of illness is to use warm water, lather well, and rub your hands together for at least twenty seconds to create plenty of friction.

I absolutely adore this liquid soap. I used to be able to get it at a couple of local drugstores, but they've stopped carrying it. I was thrilled to find it online. The price of the soap is fine, but the shipping was a bit high.
