I've been using Y-Snore for over 4 years now... and my spouse is VERY happy with the results! My snoring sounds are about 80% less, which makes for better sleep for both of us.
Mind caution: when you first begin using the product, you may experience some discomfort when you are spraying it up your nose (it feels like you are applying perpermint to your nostrils)... but this discomfort stops after about 3 days of use.
I would definitely RECOMMEND this to any regular snorer!
