I love this product. I suffer from arthritis and I am trying to eliminate all Aspartame from my diet. It is made of chemicals. Xylotol is a natural product made from I believe fruits and vegetables. Xylotol is equal to surger in texture, cooks well, and is great in drinks. No after taste for me. The arthritis has quieted down since I quit using the aspartame.
