I have a one year old that I pick up (incorrectly) all day everyday. I strained my back and did the usual hot bath etc. with no results. Then I remembered our acupuncturist giving me this when I was pregnant. I am still breastfeeding so I didn't want to take over the counter medication. I used this product for two days and 95% of the back pain was gone. I was amazed! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it absolutely stinks. My recommendation, use it on the weekend.
