I've tried several products from Worldwide, from their shakes to their protein bars. After doing a taste test of most of their products, I can say that the Chewy Chocolate Chip is by far, the best thing I've tried yet. I actually look forward to eating these bars. I can honestly say that if I had to choose between eating this Worldwide product and a Snickers bar, I would choose the Chewy Chocolate Chip any day of the week. They're THAT good!
I'm the type of person who suffers from hunger pangs about 2 hours before every normal meal. The nice thing about these bars is that (in addition to their satisfying taste), the high protein content leaves you feeling full, well past your next scheduled meal. I could easily survive on a diet of nothing but these meal bars and live happily for weeks.
You will not be disappointed with this product. It is well worth two dollars per bar. Think of it as a $2 meal... not a bad deal by any means!

The purchase of this latest box (April 2009) proved to be the end of my Amazon subscription for Chewy Chip. The price had been the best I could find, and while Chewy Chip wasn't my favorite flavor it had the best texture of any Pure Protein bar I'd tried- lighter and less dense than Chocolate Deluxe, for example. But in this batch the presence of an alcohol-like smell (perhaps from the sugar alcohol sweeteners?) was so strong as to smother my appetite for them.Product Review: Taste good, a bit prices

made of whey protein, this bar is a monster! it definitely keeps hunger at bay post workouts. did i mention it's huge? i eat it with a full bottle of water. the taste isn't quite all there, but it doesn't taste bad. i consider this bar to have one of the best protein to fat to carb ratios out there. if you need a quick snack to go, or need a postwork out protein source, look no further, you've found it.
