Product Review: Woolite Dry Cleaner's Secret refreshes sweaters/dresses

This product refreshed sweaters and dry-clean-only dresses that needed deodorizing and a bit of a color boost. There is no cleaning fluid, but I used some from another dry cleaning brand to clean soiled sleeves, and it did not work. Being skeptical and concerned for the safe handling, cleaning, and professional use of my handful of expensive office suits, I decided to order these Woolite brand "dry cleaning" sheets and give a try. One motivator was never having time it seems to get to a dry-cleaners shop often enough on my 13+ hour days with commutes and blow all that money on repeated dry cleans, knowing they may also dry-set in a stain or spot (if missed) and cause grief that way.
On arrival I tried these with wool trousers. I was skeptical and considered what could be the difference over regular dryer sheets but went ahead. As it turned out I found the following:
1) These sheets were moist and made short work of wiping out a few spots, and ready for the "dryer" approach
2) In the dryer I found my machine needs more like 30 minutes, mainly to get out more wrinkles
3) When done the clothes smelled and looked pretty nice, but do not expect this to take out any pilling or smooth the material (if needed) like a hard press/steam will do. But I have to say it was close.
4) All this was worth it but even with making CERTAIN to pull my clothes out the dryer ASAP when done, some wrinkles remain, and if the trousers were used for a full hot day, another step (as follows) is needed
5) We have a handy low-cost clothing steamer (bought locally about 30 bucks) and cranked that up. A few quick passes with the steamer and the wrinkles are gone. Also it really helps to steam out any areas you suspect may still be in need of sanitizing more. I found this works and knocks out any remaining odor or sense of use in the material.
All in all the steps above make this Woolite approach worth it most the time, and cuts down the need to run to the dry-clean shop by many trips. Also I try to keep one packet in my possession all-day in the event some spot shows up and I need a way to clean it off when away from home. Works good for that.

I have always used Dryell in the past. Could not find it so I tried this instead. It works equally well and I enjoy not having to keep track of a bag. I do 2-3 loads of dry cleaning a week and have excellent results. Definitely cheaper then taking clothes into the dry cleaner!Product Review: Works great--better than Dreyel

I've been using this product for more than a year and love it. Prior to using this, I tried Dreyel, but it left specks on my sweaters which are difficult to remove. Another woman with whom I spoke with one day happened to mention the same thing, so it's not my imagination that Dreyel clothes leave specks of white particles on clothes. I decided to try Dry Cleaner's Secret and am impressed with it and will keep using it for as long as I have clothing with delicate fabrics. Thanks to Amazon for carrying this product!
