I love this tea...I do add one splenda to it but that is my preference! It really does work when promoting breastmilk and recently having my first boy I found it's just not a bad idea. I've been able to feed him and pump! I was warned boys are big eaters and that has been proven right...but I don't worry because I have this tea and have suggested it to friends also.
