Product Review: Didn't arrive in time

I placed my order on 12/14. Expected delivery was 12/18-12/23. It is now 7:40pm on 12/23 and it has not arrived. It was shipped via USPS. This is the tracking info:

Obviously it is NOT going to make it in time within the "expected delivery time". It would have if it had not been mailed out a week after the order waas placed. Very disappointing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Being the first thing you see when opening, I was a little stunned, as I was expecting the item to be shipped in some sort of packaging similar to what was posted in the pictures. Instead the item is packaged in generic plain box, which makes the item appear a little more cheap. However, item seems to work as described, which is OK for the under $20 price point. Good for a gift, but if for yourself, look at something a bit more robust...
