Ordered these on last week cause they appealed to me more than the other set of Baoding Balls I have.
I ordered them on April 14, 2010. Amazon said the order might not be delivered until May 06, 2010, but mine showed up in the mail only 2 days after I ordered. They are exactly as pictured, the box is made of sturdy cardboard and is covered with some pretty nice fabric inside and out. Makes for a nice storage or display box. Only thing with the box was that the cardboard support was ripped, so I just made another one out of foam, but otherwise it's very nice. Especially compared to some other boxes you find with baoding balls.
The balls are solid granite (pretty sure it's granite) very smooth with no bumps or dents or anything.
Just so you know, these are good sized (just a little under 2" diameter)so these ones aren't for small hands, and they're very heavy compared to smaller hollow metal ones. But this is perfect for me. I'd definitely buy these again.

These Natural Stone Health Balls are a contemporary design for a very traditional Chinese remedy. According to the Chinese traditional medical theory of Jingluo, the hand contains a network of channels that circulate vital energy. Acupuncture points are distributed along these channels.
