Being a smoker, I'm always looking for a way to whiten my teeth. I've tried the strips (which never stay put) and the "paint," (yuck), and this seems to be the best item I've tried. Like I said, I'm a smoker, so white-white teeth are pretty much out of the question. But I did notice a difference after a couple of applications. It only takes about 10 minutes, so I just walk around with the silly-looking blue light in my mouth while I lay out my clothes or make the bed. I wish I could buy just the gel, because the light itself lasts much longer than the supplies that come with it.
