Product Review: Helps child be more aware

Maybe my child is too deep of a sleeper but she will sometimes not wake up when it is going off. It really does a good job vibrating and beeping though. It has definately made her more aware of if she is going potty at night.Product Review: I don't understand it, but somehow it seems to work.

We've been using this for 3 weeks with my almost 8 year old son, who has NEVER had a dry night. He would sometimes have 4 accidents a night. Since we've started using the Wet Stop it's been a rollercoaster of accidents, over tiredness (all of us who've been awakened by the alarm) good nights, bad nights. But, he's been dry 2 nights in a row now. So it's been worth it.
All that said, the unit does not turn off by pressing a button as it says. We have to unplug it, then press the button to get it to stop buzzing. We've also had a few nights where the sensor has become unclipped from his underwear and then he's had an accident without knowing it.

My son has been struggling with wetting the bed for some time and this was a last ditch effort before trying some medication. I was very skeptical that this would have any real effect, but I wanted to give it a try before having my son take medications.
We quickly found out that our son was wetting the bed 2-3 times a night. We were all very tired after the first two weeks of use. However, after the second week, we started seeing some real improvement. He was waking up quicker and was wetting himself less and less. We are starting week 4 and he only wets one time a night and it isn't very much at all. He wakes up one other time to go to the bathroom on his own. This is real progress and we are very thankful for this product. Hopefully in a few more weeks, he'll be making it through the night with no incidents.
Don't be discouraged, follow the directions, and give this product time to work. We are very impressed and it was well worth the investment.

For a child that is an extremely heavy sleeper. In three weeks my sons nightly problem has been completely resolved. It has even boosted his confidence overall. I am in the medical field and can't believe the results
of this product. For something that viewed as a "ok let's try it, it doesn't cost too much" I wish I knew about this years ago. The best money I have spent as a parent.

Well, I was skeptical. My 6 1/2 year old has been wetting the bed every night for as long as I can remember. He didn't care if he was wet, and, most nights, wouldn't wake up when he wet the bed. We tried the wet stop. The first week was rough. Every night I was up with him changing his clothes and linens. After a week, he had three dry nights in a row and then started wetting again. Finally, after about 2 weeks, he is dry! We are on dry day #9. DON'T GIVE UP ON IT AFTER A WEEK! Be patient. We will continue to use the alarm until he is dry for a month (as recommended) but I think we have accomplished our goal! Great product! Worth the $$!
