I am glad I purchased this through reading reviews on amazon. I do have rather small hands and this worked great for me. I have a lot of right hand pain when using my lap top's finger mouse and this eliminates the pain. the construction is very nice, the fabric and build, everything is high quality. The palm side with Velcro is so bulky that I cannot type on computer without creating typos for every single word. It provides good support to a wrist but I cannot wear it in daytime because it limits my movement and lowers productivity at work. This brace fits well and provides great support, which has helped tremendously with the pain in my hand and wrist. This is slimmer than many that I've seen, but still is a bit bulky under my sweater sleeves. My button shirt sleeves will not button over the brace.Product Review: Great product

This brace has been a lifesaver for me. I had carpal tunnel symptoms bothering me and wearing it at night has made them go away entirely. It is comfortable and not too bulky, unlike other braces I looked at.
