I bought this product based on the reviews which I thought were pretty favorable. Many said the product was way too big which would suit me fine since I have big knees, but this support was way too tight for me. I should have purchased something which gave precise measurments. I think this would be a good support for a woman between 145 & 180 lbs. By no means is this a one size fits all.Product Review: too big
