Customer Review: I don't know how it works, but it seems to be helping.

Really, I would give this four and a half stars, just because there are no instructions. I put it on the way it is shown in the photo (as much as I can see) and it seems to work fine. I run/walk 3-4 miles per day and my knee felt like it had bee stingers in it at the end of the day, I couldn't pull my knee all the way under my thigh. At first, I even wore it all day until I felt consistent relief, now I just wear it during my daily exercise jaunt. Somehow, this item keeps the ligaments or tendons straight around the kneecap and relief seems to follow. The velcro attachment works well so far, and the sizing is adjustable but people with very thick knees might find it too small.

This product is a one size, adjustable product and is designed to fit women who wear Size 2 through Size 18 pants. Product features include a quick-close in front for easy adjustment on the run, an hourglass design to fit more snugly below the knee and a Gel-Comfort Pad that provides gentle, firm pressure on the patellar tendon.
