My boyfriend was reluctant to try this product because it's "made for women" but he's found it to be the most comfortable knee support he's ever tried. He's slender but tall (5'11'') and this fits him fine.
He's an avid tennis player and this allows him to play on the hard courts without near as many problems as he used to have with his knees. He's also started taking the Osteo-BiFlex and that's helping a lot, too!!

The Women's Gel-Comfort Knee Strap helps relieve pain associated with runner's knee, patella-tendonitis, chondromalacia (irritated kneecap) and other front of the knee pain. This product is a one size, adjustable product and is designed to fit women who wear Size 2 through Size 18 pants. Product features include a quick-close in front for easy adjustment on the run, an hourglass design to fit more snugly below the knee and a Gel-Comfort Pad that provides gentle, firm pressure on the patellar tendon.
