I found that petrolium based creams and ointments would further irritate my daughter's skin, making rashes worse. Weleda is all natural, with a high percentage of zinc oxide that means it actually works. Because there is no petrolium in it, you can use it with cloth diapers.Product Review: the best

no more diaper rush, pleasant smell, washes off easily from your hands and baby's bottom;

when your baby is miserable, uncomfortable, itchy and nothing seems to work, WELEDA to the rescue! I loved using this on my son's tush when he had a rash.
