"Support" is an important word...good pre-sleep and during the night behaviors are critical. If you get up a few times during the night and need to get restful sleep (1) slow your pace before bedtime and (2)be sure to have only dim lighting (melatonin, a key ingredient in developing a healthy sleep/wake cycle,leaves your system when you see bright light). Upon waking in the morning, turn on those bright lights and you won't feel drowsy. This product has provided my husband with good back-to-sleep support and works much better than over-the-counter melatonin alone.Product Review: Sleep dry

Everyone reacts differently to various supplements. I got a very severe case(s) of drymouth using the Sleep Formula, which I have never encountered before with any supplement or medication. The side effects make the product unusable for me.
