Dr Andrew Weil is one of the first in his field to encourage the public to look beyond western medicine to maintain or improve your health whether changing our life habits or taking organic based supplements. With that said, I trust his products. Yes these are big pills but they provide a lot of nutrients packed into one tablet and even so you still need to take one 3x times daily. If they are too large for you to swallow there are plenty of small to tiny impotent synthetic multivitamins on the market. However these are among the best multivitamins for the money.
