Customer Review: Didn't work from day 1

I purchased this scale at Bed, Bath & Beyond - partly because I thought Weight Watchers wouldn't put their name on an unreliable product. Wrong. I opened the box, read the instructions for entering User info (which I did successfully) then my husband weighed and received his weight plus the other "fancy electronic readings". He stepped off and I stepped on and received my weight and Err Err Err - no readings. I thought I must have placed my feet incorrectly for a good reading so I tried again - same result. Same thing in 4 successive tries. Had my husband come back to show me where he had placed his feet to get the Body Fat etc. readings. Nothing but Err messages! Unimpressive for it's first day of use. It's going back as soon as I have a chance to make the 4 hour round trip. What a disappointment and a bad decision by WW to put their name on it.
