I recently purchased the Med Slant pillow because of an acid reflux diagnosis. I had purchased another wedge pillow a few months ago that was 10 inches high and too firm. I couldn't stay on it. This pillow is firm enough to keep its shape and yet soft enough with the egg carton top to allow you to keep your position. The way it folds for storage is a big plus to save space. It seems to be effective for the reflux, as well as lessening snoring. I recommend it as an excellent value.Product Review: Med Slant pillow
