The product arrived in a VERY timely manner. I use it when I'm having difficulties with my acid reflux and/or when my nose wants to stop up due to allergies. The pillow takes a little getting used to, but the gradual slant makes it so you don't notice the incline quite as much...in other words, it is more effective than propping several pillows up and trying to sleep that way. This pillow helped me sleep when I was going through some medical issues and was exhausted from not being able to sleep regularly. I recommend it.Product Review: Great wedge

This pillow is really great. I gave it to my Mom who had to stay in bed for weeks.
My dad guilted her into sending it back. He didn't like me spending the money. To me it was worth it if it helped her be more comfortable.

Bought this for my spouse who suffers from reflux. Before had another wedge pillow that was narrower and shorter; my spouse would slide down this wedge thereby nullifying its good effect. Purchased this wedge pillow because it was larger and longer. This pillow is definitely superior; spouse sleeps well and wakes up high on the pillow with much less slippage. Cannot say this cured the reflux but it is helping. It also nicely folds in half and fits into a supplied carrying case. It accompanied us on a recent road trip as a favored guest.Product Review: Helpful but a little soft

I've been sleeping on this wedge for 3 months now after having been diagnosed with a small hiatal hernia. I'm a large fellow at 6'3" and 270+ pounds and would have preferred a somewhat stiffer wedge. But I consider this a reasonable compromise to spending 1000s on an adjustable bed. It is large enough that I don't slide off it while tossing and turning occasionally at night. The packaging that comes with it will double as a travel bag to carry it on trips. The pillow folds onto itself to make a nice square object about the size of a small suitcase so it's not awkward to lug around when you travel - yet the wedge itself when unfolded is large enough to accommodate my large frame. Overall a good product that has so far been effective for me.
