Okay, ideally you would get your teeth trays from your dentist, so it fits perfectly. When using the at-home molding trays, you will waste a bunch of product. Less is more!
My teeth are usually sensitive, but I don't have a problem with this gel.
It's been five months since I purchased them and I still have an entire syringe left! I tend to only use it once in a blue moon. You will have a dramatic improvement in ONE USE. I haven't been able to go the whole hour, but just keep them on for a half-hour while watching a TV show, the time will pass quickly!
