I've used Watkins for about 6 years now after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The medication for the disease is very expensive and at the time I can only attempt to control the pain. My Grandma frequently buys Watkins products and turned me on to it. Recently bought some again and am quite pleased. It also helps pain from Scoliosis in the neck. The smell is rather strong but we all know that usually its the smelly things that bring relief. From what I hear the white cream is more effective than the red. I'm happy with Watkins products, their hand soaps are also nice.
