Product Review: Battery will not hold a charge

I purchased my Waterpik a few years ago and Waterpik has replaced it since 5 times because of battery problems. The biggest problem with this device is that the battery doesn't last more than a few months. After about a month of use, the battery becomes so underpowered that it no longer rinses teeth effectively. A few weeks after I notice the battery is no longer charging effectively, the battery fails completely. I have to admit that Waterpik's Consumer Service has always responded promptly to my complaints by sending me a replacement unit at no charge. However, the replacement units last only a few months before they begin to die too and I have to begin the whole annoying process of asking for a replacement unit again. Evidently, Waterpik has not solved the battery problem. I would strongly advise against considering this product and dentists should cease recommending it.Product Review: Best portable water-pik around

This is the best-priced water-pik. Safe to use in all 'water'
situations because it doesn't need to be plugged in.
How many other things fall into the sink? Not all wiring
is safe enough.
Product Review: Better alternative to flossing!

Flossing is one task I've never enjoyed. Immediately upon using this, I noticed how much cleaner my teeth was. This is basically like a high pressure washer on your teeth, but with the ability to get into those tight crevices as well. Very easy to use. Downside it the unit is quite big and bulky, and does not seem to hold much water. I do like the cordless feature which makes it very convenient to use, no matter where I am. The battery life is okay. Because of this, I am now a big advocate of using a waterpik, and now practice better oral hygiene because I really do enjoy using my waterpik.Product Review: Can't live without it (at least my teeth can't)

Waterpik makes great products that last forever. Bought this model to travel with. It's amazing how much better my mouth feels after using a Waterpik product; food particles that one things would be removed by thorough brushing, are "discovered" and removed by the Waterpik.
A "must buy" product - could save thousands of dollars on dental bills.

This product is really good. Does what it promises. I really don't like to floss, but my dentist recommends it (better for your teeth he says) so he told me to get this product. Works wonders...you receive 4 mouth pieces good for the whole family. Great product. The only thing is when charging the unit you have to take off the mouth piece, for some reason having the mouth piece on will kill the battery faster
