I don't even know where to begin. Some of the problems are just because its made to be portable. Of course it doesn't hold much water - so, you have to refill it about 4 times. That is understandable. The design is horrible though. The head swivels and turns while you're using it making it impossible to direct whre you want the water to go. You have to hold it upright and of course the water runs out of your mouth and all over the device and your hand, down your arm, etc. They should make a portable device with a seperate tank with a hose - something similar to the regular full size model, but with a smaller tank, shorter hose, and smaller handle. It makes no sense to have the head, handle, and tank in one piece - stupid design.Product Review: Don't waste your money

I purchased this model to replace an older water pik that finally quit. This unit is not user friendly. Very bulky. Not comfortable to use.
1. It does not hold enough water. I need to fill it twice to get the job done.
2. Unit does not fit in my sink. Need to have a pitcher handy to fill it.
3. It is not adjustable, tho they do provide two "piks" one of which is 'supposed' to be a lower volume.
Soon this will be replaced with a standard model. I've had two in the past that worked fine & both lasted many years. (I'm over 61 with my own teeth).

I purchased the Water Pic cordless to use when I am not using my Shower Flosser. The Water Pic's pressure is much less than I am used to with the Shower Flosser but it's handy when I want to use a water pic and not shower. Check out the Shower Flosser online if you want a more powerful water flosser for a very reasonable price.Product Review: Esther's Waterpik review

This product is everything the description says it is. After using the Waterpik, my mouth and teeth feel exceptionally clean. The ortho tip does a good job of cleaning my braces, and the tongue cleaner is great too! I highly recommend this product to anyone with braces. I've had this waterjet for about 3-4 years. For the first 2-3 years it was great. After I would use it after brushing my teeth, I would spit out a bunch of food that it got out. It was very powerful. When it comes to the noise, it sounds like my electric toothbrush or an electric shaver. The tip did rotate and I would always have to hold it, no big deal though.
Then more recently for several months now, its been leaking water and it keeps getting worse. Even putting hot glue or tape to seal the bottom shut didnt work. I really have to get the water out after everyuse. And its really lost a lot of power since when I first got it. I charge it for days now because even on high power it's weak. I'm thinking these two problems will be resolved and it'll last longer if I get the corded one. On the other hand, I really did like this one but its the only one I tried. I'm not sure which one I'll get next but I really would recommend the Waterpik to everyone.
