Product Reviews of WaterPik WP-72 Professional Dental Water JetProduct Review: Junk Summary: 1 Stars
We bought this WaterPik less than 6 months ago and is hasn't worked properly since the second week. The handle leaks water and it has gotten so bad that it drains the reservoir, even the large one, in one use. I've used Water Piks for some years, the old models where the wand and the pressure control was outside of the water tank when you close it up. Seemed to work fine. They have gotten cheaper and cheaper in their construction, apparently. They probably went out of the USA. I wouldn't buy another one.
Product Review: Leaking after 1 day Summary: 2 Stars
Started leaking at the handle after 1 day of use. I like the features, but will return and consider other models. Previous waterpik lasted 5+ years.
Product Review: Messy and Poorly Designed Summary: 1 Stars
The handle is way to small to fit in an adult's hand. The hose is too stiff and tries to stay coiled. The pause button is difficult to hold down. The entire unit is very loud especially when you try to pause it. I bought mine tonight, but it will be returned tomorrow. The pulsating water does seem to do a decent job of cleaning if you can get good enough to apply it properly. I do not recommend purchasing this unit!!!!
Product Review: Not perfect Summary: 4 Stars
There are some flaws with the design. The hose could be a bit longer; the small water holder could be a little bigger; the large tank should have a way to be closed without having to take the tip off; but, I had another brand that had those features and the Water Pik is better. Why? Pressure. If you want something that does the job, buy the Water Pik. Flawed, yes, but still the best one out there.
Product Review: Outstanding deal Summary: 5 Stars
The waterpik arrived early and has worked perfectly. Has made a real difference in my gums, and the sinus attachment has helped clear my sinuses. I can breath again....
