Product Review: It broke after one month but manufacturer replaced it

It broke shortly after a month or so. I called the manufacturer after six months. All they asked was the serial number and sent me a brand new one right away. It's a grat product to deep clean your gum. My dentist used to complain about my gum at every visit but stopped since I started to use this product everyday. I bought serval of this product. The first one worked for two years. This was my second. I bought another professional model for my son around the same time and it works well without a problem so far.Product Review: It works well as advertised

Purchased WaterPik WP-60. Perfect size for bathroom sink top. Certainly does the job. Would have preferred to have jet stream pressure setting on the console rather than the handle. Reason being, it is too easy to move to a higher pressure while "water picking".(?)
The tongue cleaner is a joke. Would not use it.

I began using the Waterpik many years ago and highly recommended it to anyone who would listen. Unfortunately the company changed a good thing into pure junk. From day one it was time consuming to get the tank/reservoir to fit properly on the base. I bought the unit December 15, 2009 and it's July 2010, 7 months later, and my Waterpik now will only work on the lowest setting. The rest of the settings only produce a loud noise and no water. Now comes the hassle again to get it replaced or repaired.
If someone at Waterpik is listening, remember that reputation is everything. Please revert back to "the good old days" when you made a decent product.

I had another dental system that was working well. I purchased this because of the brand name and the compact design. It works okay, but vibrates too much which is annoying.
