Product Reviews of Walkfit Orthotic Size JProduct Review: Worked for me Summary: 5 Stars
My doctor turned me on to these after he so casually claimed I have flat feet...and figured I would give them a shot vs. shelling out some serious coin for custom orthodics. They hurt like 'heck' the first week or so - now I don't even know they are there. Has really helped after standing for long periods of time (which I do for work) and almost eliminated the pain & swelling I had the following morning. Still only have the one pair, but ordering 2 more for convenience to have in all my shoes. The velcro "flip-flop" add-on is a joke...don't bother, just wear your flips & enjoy. Love them and they are holding up well (I'm 6'4", 265#)
Product Review: Works, but . . . Summary: 3 Stars
I purchased the walk fit thinking it would work immediately and be a comfortable fit. The insert is hard like a rock and did improve by removing the back pain I felt. The instructions do say to not wear the inserts all day long in the beginning. You must get your feet used to wearing the inserts. I wish that was instructed before the purchase, but Rome was not built in a day I guess.
Overall, I do appreciate that my pain has gone from my back, but there are occasions when I must rub my feet after wearing the walk fits because I feel foot pain along my arches because the inserts are so hard. It occasionally feels like a rock in my shoe. It was worth the price though.

Product Review: better than custom orthotics Summary: 5 Stars
For decades I used custom orthotics which cost hudreds of dollars but these work better. Be aware, however, that this version is a fairly hard plastic with a high arch, even with the lowest insert. They still seem to work for me, but I haven't done a real long walk yet. I think I prefer the Walk-Fit Platinum which has a slightly less severe arch and a soft pad in the heel. The heel pad might be very important for plantar fasciaitis sufferers.
