After trying multiple other insoles/soft orthotics which broke down within weeks i decided to try these. My feet overpronate when i walk, this altered gait was causing lateral ankle pain, knee, and back problems. After just a few days (the "break in" period) my knee and back problems dissappeared and my ankle pain is gone. The break in period is critical for your feet to adapt to these as they actually change the shape of your foot, which is great if you have flat feet like I did.
