Product Review: Very cheap and poorly made

The basket didn't fit the walker. It looked used. It didn't come with instructions, yet there were some loose pieces that we couldn't figure out what to do with. It didn't securely clip onto the walker and would fall off easily.
I called the manufacturer to return it, and the person on the phone said they would issue a call tag to pick it up free of charge. We waited three weeks, it never happened. We finally sent it back ourselves and the shipping cost more than the product.
My advice: Buy one in person so you can examine it and make sure it fits your walker.
