This is an update to a previous review.
I've used these inserts for Plantar Fasciatis in both feet and a heel spur in one and have received complete relief. They are firm, and I also switch sometimes to a softer orthotic insert, but if I wear only the softer ones for several days, the pain returns and I have to switch back to the WalkFit. I have a sister-in-law that didn't like them. I like them very much.
I saw an infomercial describing a newer WalkFit with softer heel cushion and plan to try them.
