This is truly a good product; it gives a comfortable shave and does an exceptionally good job in not breaking the skin. I could tell this from the first time I applied after shave--the second time, I used moisturizer and neither burned or irritated. I recommend this shaver for anyone moving from razor to electric shaver.Product Review: Perfect for shaving your head.

I was looking for something other than a razor to shave my head with and I stumbled upon this. I use it along with a pre-shave solution called "Lectric Shave" Lectric Shave Lotion Regular - 7 Oz with green tea Cuts as close as a razor without the irritation! There are two reasons why I did not give it 5 stars. First reason is that it is very, very loud! I have to make sure all the doors to the rooms are closed when I start using it lol. The other reason is that it does not work on my face for some reason. It does a great job on my head but takes nothing of my face. It holds a descent charge but you can plug it into an outlet and use it that way too.
I do recommend this if you are looking for an alternative to a razor when it comes to shaving your head.

I just got this in the mail today and gave it a try. I got a decent shave in just a few minutes. It is noisy and does vibrate a lot, but it's an electric, so that's to be expected. I have yet to try the trimmer, but it seems overall to be a good shaver. It's not quite as close as a blade, but until I can find a barber who still knows how to use a straight razor, it'll do.Product Review: Quality Product

This product does exactly as advertised. My recommendation when using this device is not to shave away from the grain. I did experience minor razor bumps when doing so but not when shaving with the grain. The only really negative is that the product is VERY loud. Not that the volume would even be an issue for me except that it is loud to the point where I could actually see it affecting some people with more sensitive hearing. I definately recommend this product (just buy a pair of ear plugs).
