As far as the quality of the trimmer, you get what you pay for. I had a wahl trimmer for about 10 years that was plastic, but it was great. This one is cheap plastic that feels like its going to fall apart. The main drawback is that is sucks that battery life up fast. The first batteries i put in were cheap, so i upgraded to quality batteries with little difference. I use it every other day and i say batteries will last maybe a month if you dont mind the pulling when the batteries get worn down.Product Review: ok for the price

as i've been requested to grow a beard by the gf we compromised and i did a goatee
i spent hours yesterday reading reviews and getting confused so we went to walmart today and i got this kit for $13
i like a short-haired beard or else i itch too much, but i didn't want to spend much as i will shave by summer
i just got home and tried it,starting with the longest setting guide
it worked fine,perfect for me
i think i'll probably use it 3/4 times a week and it only took 5 minutes to do so for now battery life isn't an issue
durability? only time will tell
